4. Service Areas

Our services are available across CIS countries, excluding Russia. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to local regulations and logistics.

5. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual diagnosis and required repairs. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 20%.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept various payment methods as communicated during service
• Failure to pay may result in withholding of repaired equipment
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or rush services

7. Data and Privacy

• We recommend backing up your data before any repair service
• While we take precautions, we are not responsible for data loss during repairs
• We may need to access your device to perform diagnostics and repairs
• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal data
• Customer data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

8. Warranty

We provide warranty coverage on our repair services as follows:

• Parts replacement: 90 days from service completion
• Labor warranty: 30 days from service completion
• Data recovery: No warranty on data integrity or completeness
• Software services: 7 days from service completion

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of data, business, or profits
• Damages exceeding the service fee paid
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions
• Customer modifications after service completion

10. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the device and problems
• Back up important data before service (where possible)
• Remove personal and confidential information where feasible
• Pay for services as agreed
• Collect repaired equipment within 30 days of notification

11. Unclaimed Equipment

Equipment not collected within 30 days of repair completion notification may be subject to storage fees. After 90 days, unclaimed equipment may be disposed of at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FIX TECH EXPERTS LIMITED and protected by copyright laws.

13. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Diagnostic fees and work completed up to cancellation point remain payable.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation first. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
